Thabiso Mntshali

Thabiso Mntshali is a South African entrepreneur and the founder of Xperoc, a service-ordering marketplace built to make human skills more visible, accessible and trusted. Born and raised in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, he began his entrepreneurial journey after losing the bursary that was meant to fund his university education. He taught himself technology and business, built several early products and eventually launched Xperoc after recognising the risks people faced when hiring strangers online. As a bootstrapped solo founder, Thabiso has grown the platform to hundreds of thousands of visitors and secured support, engagements and partnerships with organisations, NGOs and municipalities. His long-term vision is to build trusted infrastructure for the global services economy while ensuring skilled professionals remain visible, valued and economically empowered in an increasingly AI-driven world.
