Terms Of Service
The basic terms for using Founder Story.
These terms outline how the platform is intended to be used and how Founder Story handles editorial discretion, submissions, and basic site use.
Use of the platform
Founder Story is an editorial and media platform. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the product, its readers, or its underlying systems.
Content and editorial discretion
Founder Story may publish, edit, decline, or remove submissions at its discretion. Submission of a founder story, nomination, or partnership inquiry does not guarantee publication, response, or collaboration.
Accuracy and reliance
Founder Story aims to publish useful, well-researched material, but readers should still apply judgment. Founder profiles, documentaries, stories, and business ideas are informational and should not be treated as legal, financial, or investment advice.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s editorial content, product design, and original brand materials belong to Founder Story. Third-party logos, names, or references remain the property of their respective owners.
User submissions
When you submit information through the platform, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not knowingly violate another party’s rights. Founder Story may use submitted materials to review stories, evaluate nominations, or manage business conversations.
Publishing Programme and payment
Founder Story Publication is ordinarily a one-time $100 USD editorial production service. A clearly identified launch offer may reduce the price to $55 USD for no more than ten successfully paid publication orders. A temporary checkout reservation is not a claimed offer slot; failed, expired, abandoned, or underpaid checkouts do not permanently consume capacity. The offer ends when all ten slots are successfully claimed and has no countdown timer. Payment does not guarantee publication or promise investors, customers, funding, coverage, search ranking, or readership. Payment is processed by Bachs; Founder Story does not collect card details.
Editorial review, approval, and refunds
Submitted information must be truthful and verifiable. Founder Story may request supporting information and retains control of house style and presentation. The founder approves substantive facts before publication and receives one factual revision. If Founder Story cannot accept a paid submission because it is fraudulent, misleading, plagiarized, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable, the amount actually paid will be refunded to the original payment method after review. A refund does not reopen or recreate a claimed launch-offer slot.
Delivery timeline
The first-draft target of 48 hours begins only after Founder Story receives the complete questionnaire, required founder photographs, company logo, and image permissions. Delays caused by missing, unclear, or unverifiable information pause that timeline.
