How Founder Story handles submitted information.

What we collect

Founder Story may collect the information you submit through newsletter forms, unlock gates, partnership inquiries, founder story submissions, and nomination forms. That can include your name, email address, company details, submitted links, and anything else you intentionally send to us.

How we use it

We use submitted information to run the newsletter, review editorial submissions, respond to partnership opportunities, follow up on founder nominations, and improve how the product works. We do not collect information for the sake of it. We collect what the platform needs to function.

Email and marketing

If you subscribe to the mailing list or unlock content by email, your email can be used to send Founder Story newsletters, new releases, and related editorial updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Storage and access

Submitted information is stored so Founder Story can maintain a working submission trail and respond appropriately. Access should be limited to the people managing the platform and its editorial or business workflows.

Third-party services

Founder Story uses third-party infrastructure for hosting, analytics, content management, email delivery, secure file storage, and payment. Bachs receives the customer and payment information needed to provide hosted checkout; Founder Story does not store raw card details. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Publication orders and assets

For paid publications we store order details, payment references, questionnaire answers, and uploaded editorial assets. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to verify payment, produce the story, provide support, meet legal obligations, and maintain an appropriate business record.
