Waqar Younis

Waqar Younis is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ferio Solutions, a business process outsourcing company based in Pakistan and serving healthcare providers and businesses across the United States.

He began his professional career in customer service before progressing into operations management and specialising in medical billing and revenue cycle management. During that time, he led teams supporting American healthcare providers and developed a deep understanding of how dependable systems, effective communication and consistent service contribute to business growth.

Together with his brother and co-founder, Abdul Sami Janjua, Waqar launched Ferio Solutions to provide reliable outsourcing services while creating meaningful career opportunities for talented professionals in Pakistan. His leadership philosophy centres on accountability, continuous improvement, long-term partnerships and growing without compromising quality.
